Employee caring center's role in preventing railway conductors' depression

Abstract: In order to reduce railway conductors' risks of depression, and comprehensively improve their pressure resistance ability, cognitive behavior and emotional stability in the face of heavy tasks, an employee caring center was established by the rolling stock branch of Shuohuang Railway Group by using EAP, and a safety behavior control system for the conductors was developed. Then, a randomized comparison test was carried out, and 160 employees' data were collected and analyzed. The results show that employee caring center significantly improves the emotional stability and pressure resistance ability of the conductors, and effectively complements the blank of human psychological factors intervention and regulation in transportation production risk pre-control system.
